Quando le giornate iniziano a scaldarsi il buon vecchio caro caffè espresso diventa decisamente meno piacevole.
Lo scorso anno ci è stato regalato uno shaker e quindi lo abbiamo collaudato con la versione piu' estiva dell'espresso, il caffè shakerato. Oggi lo abbiamo ripetuto e devo dire che d'estate è decisamente l'opzione di caffè che preferisco.

Shakered coffee Ingredients for 2 persons 8 ice cubes 2 hot espressos 1 spoon sugar cane 1 spoon of vanilla syrup

Beh, non è molto difficile... Mischiare tutti gli ingredienti nello shaker e scuotere sino a quando il ghiaccio si è sciolto completamente.

It's not really difficult... Mix all the ingredients in the shaker and shake till the ice is completely melted.
